Airless Drying
An alternative to conventional air drying, Airless Drying utilises Super Heated Steam as the drying medium. The major benefit of Airless Drying is that Superheated Steam has heat transfer properties superior to air at elevated temperatures. The removal of oxygen from the drying process also creates unique environmental and operational benefits.
Wave Disc
An alternative to industry standard flat rotary discs, Wave Discs are formed through a series of folds, or waves on one edge of the metal sheet to create a fully formed disc. The Wave Disc design eliminates the need for structural support pins required for all conventional discs. Wave Disc pre-heaters have now been in commercial operation for over two years.
